We’re delighted to have been re-awarded CECOPS accreditation for another three years following the full assessment at our North West London Wheelchair Service contract, covering the Barnet, Brent, Central London, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, and West London CCG areas.
CECOPS (Community Equipment Code of Practice Scheme) CIC is a user-led, independent certification and standards body, which aims to raise the standard of all assistive technology services; community equipment, wheelchair and seating services, telecare, telehealth and communication aids across the UK, and beyond.
The re-accreditation has underlined our continuing assurance of quality and standards, not only for our North West London services, but for all of our services nationwide.
This quote from the audit highlights our approach:
“The commissioner is very proud of the joint work with the service provider and service user forum which results in improvements to service delivery, to better meet service users’ needs. The members of the forum are satisfied that AJM listens and responds and is constructively working with service users to improve the service. Staff involvement in the forum was commended.”
Stephen Peck, Managing Director said, “Retaining the North West London CECOPS accreditation for a further three years highlights the great service that the team in Park Royal continues to deliver.”
By focussing on continuous improvement and partnership and engagement, we continue to provide a high-quality service, with input from our service users at its core.
