If you need to arrange a repair on your wheelchair, call the main switchboard number 0808 175 3969 between 8.00am and 6.00pm, seven days a week, including bank holidays.

When you phone for an emergency repair, your message will be sent to the duty field service engineer. We will respond to all emergency repair requests within 4 hours. Emergency repairs are carried out between 7.00am and 11.00pm daily.

The emergency repair service is intended to support you within your home only. We may be able to help you if you have broken down at another location but this is not always possible. You may also need to get yourself home, with help from a friend, carer or via public transport.
